CEBU CANYONEERING: ALEGRIA TO KAWASAN FALLS
WHAT IT FEELS LIKE INDULGING YOURSELF INTO THIS KIND OF ACTIVITY?
Well let's find out first what is CANYONEERING? It's a sport of exploring canyon by engaging such activities such as rappelling, rafting and waterfall jumping. It also involves hiking down rivers, climbing and swimming.

There are so many different adventures that people like to embark on in the outdoors. Some may enjoy swimming, others hiking, but there is one sport that involves many different skills and activities at the same time. As canyoneering gains popularity specially in the south part of Cebu, many people are realizing just how exciting this sport can be.
This was before I actively engaged myself from hiking activities. From a small group of workmates who became friends who decided to explore this adventure. Headed by our very own former Sales Manager - Mr. Marbie Palarion, we successfully made a plan - it was November 28, 2015. And through Joe Torres communication skills and connections we got a guide for only 1k per head.
Gearing up before heading the trail with La Niña Adventures . From head gear, shoes, rush guards and life vest were provided by them so no need to bring a lot of stuff.
Registration will be at the jump off area. |
These faces are quite ready for a tiring but awesome splash of water. A bunch of happy feet which makes us so cute here guys.
First jumping station . . Olahlah :) |
A quick smile before the first jump. . |
First jump.
Thanks to George who keeps on documenting everything the whole time of the trip. |
The second jump which literally not a jump coz you just have to slide in that left side of the rock where we are heading to. |
A quick water back massage or even whole body massage. Or whatever you call that one.
Actually we have 2 joiners in this group from Manila, forgot their names but they totally enjoyed their company with us so no worries. Marunong din naman kami mg tagalog!
Enjoyed much? Not so obvious in these faces here.
Third highest jump. |
Relax guys, we're already here with our last station where we can chill our mind, body and soul, lol . .
I know you are super hungry right now so let's go. .
We're all exhausted from the long trail of jumping, swimming, crawling and etc. but all worth it, we really had so much fun.
At last we reached the awarding part, The Kawasan Falls where food is waiting for our hungry, craving tummy for lunch. This was really worth a try and I recommend you to explore this too if you're hungry for an adventure like this.
The best photo that highlight everything taken by our very own guide. Take note that our guide was really good in taking some good shots and perfect angles where to take a shot.
NOTE: NO ITINERARY AND EXPENSES POSTED
Since this was last 2015 and I already forgot the possible details so no both itinerary and expenses for now. But don't worry this was just an affordable travel. Keri2x sa bulsa guys. .
